Infosys Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India ("Infosys", or the "Company"), hereby files with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission this Report on Form 6-K containing certain information regarding the departure of a member of its Board of Directors (the “Board”). This Report on Form 6-K shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Company's registration statements under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
On May 28, 2014, the Company issued a press statement announcing that Mr. B.G. Srinivas, President and Member of the Board, has conveyed his intention to step down from the Board and resign from the services of the company effective June 10, 2014.
