ITEM 5.02. DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS;
APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
In order to pursue other business opportunities, Bobby L. Moore has
resigned from the registrant's Board of Directors effective as of December 16,
2005, and has resigned as the registrant's President and Chief Executive Officer
effective as of December 30, 2005.
