The Company's management and audit committee need additional time to complete their review of the Company's financial statements, in order to file an accurate annual report. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K before March 31, 2007. |

The Company expects that it will report a net loss from operations of approximately $5.8 million in fiscal 2006, a decrease of $3.4 million from its net loss from operations of approximately $9.2 million in 2006. The main reason for the decrease was the elimination of operating expenses as a result of the sale of the Company's interest in Tri-Western Resources, LLC, and related economizing measures. Total assets and stockholders' equity at year end increased to $29.7 million and $17.8 million respectively in 2006, compared to $19.7 million and $7.6 million in 2005 |
