On April 4, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing (i) the release of the California Coastal Commission staff’s report on the Registrant’s Application for a Coastal Development Permit for the upper bench of the Bolsa Chica mesa, and (ii) that the Coastal Commission hearing on the Registrant’s Permit Application has been scheduled for April 14, 2005 in Santa Barbara, California. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
