Item 7.01.              Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On May 23, 2006, Labor Ready, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) which announced that Steven C. Cooper was officially appointed to become the Company’s Chief Executive Officer at the Company’s annual shareholder’s meeting on May 17, 2006. Mr. Cooper’s promotion, along with certain related matters, was previously reported on a Form 8-K filed on February 23, 2006. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
