On March 6, 2007, Morningstar, Inc. (“Morningstar”) issued a press release announcing that Martha Dustin Boudos, its chief financial officer, will be taking on a new role at Morningstar.  A search for a new chief financial officer is under way.  A copy of the company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
