Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On April 8, 2008, Tuesday Morning Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, effective April 8, 2008, Stephanie Bowman became the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Ms. Bowman succeeds Michael J. Marchetti who had been serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since January 2008. Mr. Marchetti resigned his position as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer effective April 8, 2008. Mr. Marchetti will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Ms. Bowman, age 45, joined the Company in August 2006 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in April 2007. Prior to joining the Company and since January 2002, Ms. Bowman served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Summit Global Partners, which was acquired by USI Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded insurance brokerage firm, in February 2005.
