On May 17, 2010, Morningstar, Inc., an Illinois corporation, issued a press release announcing that Morningstar France Holding, a subsidiary of Morningstar, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Seeds Group, a leading provider of independent consulting services and fund research in France.
