EXPLANATORY NOTE
This amendment on Form 6-K/A amends the 6-K filed on June 27, 2014 by The Descartes Systems Group Inc. for the sole purpose adding information inadvertently omitted from Schedule I to the Exhibit 99.1 filed therewith.
