Representatives of TC PipeLines, LP (“the Partnership”) intend to make presentations in New York, NY on December 8, 2009 at the Wells Fargo Securities 8th Annual Pipeline and MLP Symposium and will present an overview of the Partnership's strategy and business. The presentation will be webcast live beginning at 10:45 a.m. eastern standard time (EST) and be available live and for replay via the Partnership's Investor Centre located on its website at www.tcpipelineslp.com. The presentation handout will be available on the Partnership's website after 6 p.m. EST on December 7, 2009.
