Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (the "Company") is saddened to announce that Dr. Orna Ophir, who has served as an external director of the Company since 2003, has died before her time at the age of 64.

Dr. Ophir was a member of the Company's audit committee, compensation committee and examination of financial statements committee.
