In accordance with our By-laws and Corporate Governance Guidelines, William M. Bell retired from our Board of Directors on May 16, 2008 upon attaining the age of 73. Mr. Bell served on our Board of Directors for over 25 years and was a member of both our Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee at the time of his retirement. Upon Mr. Bell's retirement, the number of members of our Board of Directors was reduced from 13 to 12. |
