Notification of Major Interest in Shares
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed on 9 November 2005 that following the disposal of an
interest in shares, the majority of which were held for stock borrowing and lending activity, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited
("MSSL") no longer held a notifiable interest in the Company. MSSL is a member of the Morgan Stanley group of companies.
