Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On May 31, 2005, Gregory B. Reeves resigned as Vice President of Finance and Controller of SRI/Surgical Express, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 20, 2005, to accept a divisional controller position with Outback Steakhouse, Inc. The Company appointed Gregory W. Quick to replace Mr. Reeves as its Controller and acting principal financial officer. Mr. Quick has served as the Company’s assistant Controller since 1997.
