Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 25, 2005, Triad Hospitals, Inc. issued a press release (the “Earning Release”) announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2005. A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Later that day, Triad Hospitals, Inc. issued a second press release identifying and correcting a typographical error in the Earnings Release. A copy of the second press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. Such information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, nor shall it be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
