Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 24, 2006, YRC Worldwide Inc. announced its results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended March 31, 2006. The public announcement was made by means of a press release, the text of which is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Exhibit 99.1 contains a revised Statements of Consolidated Operations to correct the classification of certain expenses between “Other Operating Expenses” and “Operating Expenses and Supplies” from the classification of those expenses in the press release originally released. These revisions were only required to the press release for the results of operations for the three months ending March 31, 2006 and were not necessary in any other previously released statement.
