Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 10, 2008, Zander Lurie, in connection with his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, entered into a severance agreement with CNET Networks, Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to the Company’s executive severance program adopted by the Company’s Board of Directors on January 14, 2008. The form agreement executed by Mr. Lurie was filed as Exhibit 10.15 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007.
