Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On April 24, 2008, Alphatec Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
