Mr. Kwak, Jin-Eob, our standing auditor, resigned from the position for personal reasons, effective April 30, 2008. His term was scheduled to expire on July 5, 2008. Following Mr. Kwak’s resignation, two non-standing auditors will continue to serve on the board of auditors.
