On May 16, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AMVAC Chemical Corporation, had completed the acquisition of the Phorate insecticide product line from Aceto Agricultural Chemicals Corporation in connection with the settlement of pending litigation between the parties. A complete copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
