Tokyo, March 17, 2009Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that Nomura Global Funding plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, has finalized the terms of secondary distribution of South African and notes due March 2011 guaranteed by Nomura Holdings.
