Realogy Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that it has closed on $515 million second lien incremental term loans under its existing senior credit facility, which amount the Company expects to be increased to $650 million, subject to the receipt of additional lender commitments.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the closing of the second lien incremental term loans is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
