On July 23, 2012, the Registrant held its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting, the Shareholders voted on the election of directors, Say-on-Pay, approval of the performance goals under the Registrant’s 2007 Incentive Stock Plan and the appointment of BDO USA LLP as the Registrant’s independent registered public accountants.
