(b) Retirement of Named Executive Officer

On January 25, 2016, Clovis Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Steven L. Hoerter has notified the Company that he resigned from his position as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company. The Company also announced that Dale Hooks, the Company’s current Vice President of Sales, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Company effective as of February 1, 2016.
