On July 21, 2011, the Company held a special conference to discuss the Company’s announcement regarding litigation against Qualcomm Incorporated for patent infringement.  The transcript from this conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

A copy of the complaint for patent infringement, filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
