Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
On May 11, 2016, Surna Inc. (“Surna”) issued a press release to announce it will discuss its first quarter 2016 financial results in a conference call on May 16, 2016 during which Stephen Keen, Chief Executive Officer and President of Surna, Trent Doucet, Chief Operating Officer of Surna, and Ellen White, Chief Financial Officer of Surna, will discuss results and answer questions. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
