Press release announcing Butler National begins construction phase of the Boot Hill Casino and Resort in Dodge City, Kansas.

On December 11, 2008 Butler National Corporation issued a press release announcing that Butler National Service Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement with BCH Development, L.C. to begin construction on Phase I of the Booth Hill Casino and Resort located in Dodge City, Kansas. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report on Form 8-K. See attached Exhibit 99.
