Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On September 14, 2011 Butler National Corporation issued a press release announcing it's financial results for the first quarter fiscal year 2012 for the period ending July 31, 2011.  Butler National Corporation will have a conference call on September 16, 2011 to discuss the results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
