Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
TerraForm Power, Inc. (the “Company”) periodically meets or otherwise communicates with various stakeholders in the bankruptcy of SunEdison, Inc. and certain of its domestic and international subsidiaries (the “SunEdison Bankruptcy”). On November 8, 2016, the Company posted presentation materials to the Investors section of its website at http://www.terraformpower.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=253464&p=irol-calendar. The presentation materials contain an overview of the Company’s settlement discussions regarding certain of the Company’s claims in the SunEdison Bankruptcy and may be used in connection with such meetings or communications.
