ITEM 5.02.  DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS;
            APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.

On April 10, 2007, James P. Ebzery, a named executive officer of L-1 Identity
Solutions, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company's Chairman, President and
CEO of Mr. Ebzery's decision to resign as President of the Company's Secure
Credentialing Division effective April 30, 2007. Mr. Ebzery resigned in order to
pursue a business opportunity outside the secure credentialing space and outside
the identity solutions industry.
