Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 21, 2019, Erie Indemnity Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. Copies of the press release and financial information are attached hereto and are incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
On February 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. the Company will provide a pre-recorded Webcast that is complimentary to the press release announcing financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018.

At its meeting on February 14, 2019, the Company's Board of Directors approved the following quarterly dividend on shares of Erie Indemnity Company Class A common stock:
