On April 29, 2010, Amkor Technology, Inc. (“Amkor”) issued a press release announcing its intention
to offer $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2018. A copy of this press
release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

provided disclosure regarding its EBITDA, adjusted EBITDA and free cash flows. The disclosure is furnished
