Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Jabil Circuit, Inc. announced today at its annual stockholders meeting that such meeting was temporarily adjourned. The meeting will reconvene on January 20, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time at the Company’s headquarters at 10560 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. St. North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716, at which time it is expected that a final tabulation of votes, as of that time, on the matters addressed at the meeting will be taken.
