On November 19, 2007, Amkor filed a press release announcing that the Delaware Superior Court had
ruled in Amkor’s favor in its litigation with Motorola entitled Amkor Technology, Inc. v. Motorola,
Inc. (C.A. No.: 02C-08-160 CHT).
