On March 10, 2008, Career Education Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing the appointments of Deborah Lenart as the Senior Vice President for the University Strategic Business Unit ("SBU") and Ty Roberts as the Senior Vice President for the Art & Design SBU.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
