(b) Robert E. Jones resigned from the Board of Directors of Precis, Inc. (the “company”) effective March 30, 2006. Mr. Jones had served as a member of the Board of Directors since July 2004. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
