On February 15, 2007, Gander Mountain Company (the “Company”) and Sharon K. Link, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Treasurer, agreed that her last day of employment with the Company will be March 8, 2007.
