Effective June 1, 2015, Bio-Path Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC as the transfer agent and registrar for the Company’s common stock. The Company’s previous transfer agent and registrar was Fidelity Transfer Company.
