As disclosed in a press release issued on February 29, 2012, Douglas D. Dirks, President and Chief Executive Officer of Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), is scheduled to speak at the 37th Annual Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts Conference (the “Conference”), March 5 – 6, 2012 at the Waldorf Astoria in Naples, Fla. Mr. Dirks will speak as part of a panel discussion titled “P&C Panel: Small-Case Commercial Strategies” on Monday, March 5 at 1:45 p.m. EST.
Additionally, senior management of the Company will meet with investors on each day of the Conference.
The materials for the meetings may be accessed on or after March 3, 2012 on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at http://www.employers.com.
The press release issued by the Company regarding the Conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information set forth under this “Item 7.01.
