Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 12, 2015, Lear Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will issue 2015 guidance during its management presentation at the Deutsche Bank Global Auto Industry Conference. A copy of the presentation will be posted on the Company’s website at 8:00 a.m. EST on January 13, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
