(1) | As previously disclosed, on January 28, 2006, Bearing Point, Inc. ("the Company") approved a conditional grant of $250,000 in RSUs under its 2000 Long-Term Incentive Plan to Roderick C. McGeary, the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and an employee of the Company. Pursuant to a written notice delivered by the Company to Mr. McGeary on October 5, 2006, the Company will issue an RSU grant for 29,411 RSUs, effective as of September 25, 2006. |
