(1) The number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person immediately prior to becoming subject to Section 16 on 9/1/2011 was inadvertently stated as 20,500 shares on his initial Form 3 report filed on 9/7/2011 and as 18,362 shares on his amended Form 3/A report filed on 4/2/2014. Accordingly, an incorrect amount of securities beneficially owned was reported on subsequent filings by the Reporting Person.
