Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 15, 2014, Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Prestige Brands entered into a purchase agreement to acquire the Hydralyte ™ business in Australia and New Zealand. Hydralyte is the leading OTC oral hydration product in Australia. The press release related to the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
