(the “Company”), announcing his retirement from the Board of Directors and from each of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors for health related reasons effective immediately following conclusion of the next quarterly meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees currently scheduled to occur on November 20, 2008. |
