REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 
On May 12, 2009, China Direct, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce a conference call on May 15, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. to discuss the Company’s financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
