On May 1, 2015, The Eastern Company (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Angelo M. Labbadia as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective as of April 29, 2015. Mr. Labbadia, 57 years old, has served as a Vice President and Managing Director of the Frazer & Jones Division of The Eastern Company since May 4, 2009.
