Effective as of April 29, 2013, David J. Lesar, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and Christian A. Garcia, Senior Vice President and Treasurer established prearranged trading plans under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  Effective as of April 30, 2013, Albert O.
