Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 26, 2016, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its second quarter 2016 financial results after the market closes on Monday, August 8, 2016. The Company will conduct an investor conference call to discuss the results on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
