On February 3, 2004, Lear Corporation issued a press release announcing that Anne K. Bingaman has been appointed to Lear’s Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
On February 3, 2004, Lear Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on March 8, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2004.
