Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Terex Corporation (“Terex” or the “Company”) hosted an analyst visit on August 21, 2018, at its aerial work platforms (“AWP”) facility in Redmond, Washington in which it provided insight primarily into its AWP business.
